National Geographic Photo Camp

From Friday, July 11 to Monday, July 14, 2008, National
Geographic contributing photographer Maggie Steber gave a group of teen club
members a unique opportunity to document their community. The students
photographed, edited and designed a portrait of the reservation's environment
and culture. Steber was joined by Washington Post photographer Lois
Raimondo in coaching the students on the production of a multimedia show and
reviewing their work using the photographs as a catalyst for discussion.
